Our esteemed President, whose diverse background and career path have brought an invaluable depth to our team. Before embarking on his legal journey, Atty. Escay initially pursued a career as an engineer and restaurateur. Upon completing his legal studies at San Beda College of Law and passing the bar exam in 2003, he ventured into the world of real estate, where he has excelled, specializing in civil and business law as a practicing Attorney.

Our Vice President, Mr. Mapusao is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Appraiser who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. Before assuming his current role, he held the position of a professor at one of the prestigious schools in Tagaytay City, where he specialized in mathematics for 20 years. His education and his real estate experience make him an asset to our organization.
