JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles, preferably in the food or hospitality industry
- Knowledge of accounting principles and restaurant bookkeeping practices
- Familiarity with inventory systems and POS (Point of Sale) reports
- Strong understanding of payroll processing and government compliance (SSS, BIR, PhilHealth, etc.)
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
- Good communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, management, and staff
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment
