JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
● High school graduate or with a vocational diploma or certificate in food and
beverage services, hospitality, or equivalent (college level in HRM or related
course is a plus).
● At least 6 months to 1 year of barista or coffee shop experience; completion of a
Barista NC II course is a plus
● Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and beverage
preparation.
● Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and basic cash handling procedures
● Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing personality
● Strong verbal communication and teamwork abilities
● Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn new brewing methods
● Willing to work on shifting schedules, including graveyard shifts, weekends, and
holidays
