JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field
• Basic knowledge of the real estate market and property
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with brokers, clients, and team members
• Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor
• Ability to attend industry events, open houses, and networking functions to build relationships and promote the company listings.
