- Proven experience as a butcher or in meat preparation.
- Knowledge of meat cuts, processing, and portioning
- Ability to inspect meat quality and freshness.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy meat products.
- Ability to follow recipes, portion guides, and preparation instructions
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
