JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
● High school graduate or equivalent (college level in HRM or related course is a
plus).
● Proven experience as a Captain Waiter or Senior Waiter, preferably in a Japanese
or Teppanyaki restaurant
● Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, especially Teppanyaki-style
dining
● Excellent leadership and team coordination skills
● Outstanding customer service and communication abilities
● Ability to upsell menu items and explain dishes confidently to guests
● Familiarity with order-taking systems and POS software
● Hands-on experience in handling guest complaints professionally and efficiently
● Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
● Pleasing personality, polite, and professional demeanor
● Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, live cooking environment
● Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
● Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
