JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
● Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Tourism, or a related field is a plus
● Previous experience in the restaurant industry is a plus but not required
● Strong customer service and communication skills with a friendly, professional
demeanor
● Proficient in cash handling, POS systems, and processing electronic payments
securely
● Good organizational and multitasking abilities; can manage front-desk and cashier
duties efficiently
● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office management
software is an advantage
● Professional appearance, good personal hygiene, and a customer-oriented
attitude
● Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
