JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Urban Planning, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is advantageous.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate, with substantial experience in compliance and land acquisition roles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing land acquisition processes and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine real estate laws, land use regulations, zoning ordinances, and environmental regulations.
- Familiarity with the processes for obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and approvals from government agencies.
- Ability to effectively communicate with government officials, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and implement effective solutions to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
