- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- Must Have PRC License
- knowledgeable in using CAD Software
- Knowledgeable in Engineering Plans, Design, Bill of Materials, Specifications
- Knowledgeable in Geodetic Surveys, Relocation, Topographical Surveys
- Knowledgeable in PD 957, BP 220, PD 1096, and RA 6541
- knowledgeable in Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Plumbing Plan
