JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field
(or equivalent practical experience)
● Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design (preferably in
real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle brands)
● Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite ( Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and
Canva/other design tools
● Experience with video editing and motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or
similar) is a strong plus
● Knowledge of UI/UX design for social media, websites, and digital ads.
● A strong eye for layout, color, and typography
● Basic understanding of photography, photo editing, and 3D rendering integration
for real estate visual is an advantage
