Licensed Geodetic Engineer
Have more than five (5) years of experience in Land Surveying
Proficiency in surveying tools and technologies, including GPS, Total Station, and GIS
In-depth understanding of Philippine land laws, land titling, and cadastral survey procedures.
Familiarity with the land acquisition process, land valuation, and real estate development.
Strong analytical skills to interpret survey data, maps, and geospatial information.
Ability to conduct and analyze topographic surveys, boundary surveys, and land assessments.
Prior experience in geodetic engineering, particularly in real estate, land development, or related fields, is preferred.
