JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
● Culinary degree or relevant certification in culinary arts (preferred but not
required).
● At least 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in Japanese
cuisines.
● Advance culinary skills including food preparation, flavor pairings, cooking
techniques, and kitchen operations.
● Ability to assist in menu planning, food costing, and inventory management.
● Ability to develop unique recipes.
● Strong organizational and time-management skills
● Flexible to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
● Willing to undergo training and continuous skill development
