JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, real estate, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams, clients, and agents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other sales software.
- Knowledge of real estate processes, sales documentation, and contract preparation is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Customer service-oriented mindset to support sales representatives and clients.
