JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate
Management, or any related field (preferred but not required). College level and
fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
● Sales or customer service experience is an advantage, but no extensive real
estate experience needed.
● Willingness to be trained and continuously improve selling techniques
● Good negotiation and persuasion skills, or the ability to develop them
● Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and familiarity with social media marketing
● Flexible schedule; willing to work weekends, holidays, and conduct fieldwork/site
visits
