JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Culinary degree or relevant certification in culinary arts (preferred but not required).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a teppanyaki restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
- Ability to assist in menu planning, food costing, and inventory management.
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills to support the Head Chef.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
