JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
● At least a high school graduate or a vocational course graduate.
● At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in maintenance, janitorial work, or
general utility tasks.
● Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
● Can maintain and repair appliances.
● Must be able to lift, move, and carry materials when needed.
● Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
● Can operate basic tools and equipment.
● Physically fit for manual and outdoor work
● Trustworthy, hardworking, and able to follow instructions.
